Google Add-on

OnFlow allows users of Google Mail to connect their mailbox to OnFlow. To establish this connection we need access to your Google account information, such as your name, email address and locale / timezone information. We store this information in your own OnFlow installation, so you can easily view which accounts are connected to your OnFlow account. Your Google account information is not stored elsewhere nor shared beyond your OnFlow installation.

When using our Gmail Add-on the content of the emails (e.g. sender, recipients, subject and actual content / body of the email) for which you activate our add-on will be sent to our servers to match with existing contacts in your own OnFlow installation, and to store the email in OnFlow.

Microsoft Outlook Add-in

OnFlow allows users of Microsoft Outlook to connect their mailbox to OnFlow. To establish this connection we need access to your Outlook account information, such as your name, email address and locale / timezone information. We store this information in your own OnFlow installation, so you can easily view which accounts are connected to your OnFlow account. Your Outlook account information is not stored elsewhere nor shared beyond your OnFlow installation.
